Bournemouth 2–0 Leeds United · Premier League
Quietly, without the fanfare the big clubs get, Bournemouth are turning into one of the most watchable sides around — and a 2–0 win over Leeds was the latest proof. Composed, confident, and ruthless when it mattered.
The Cherries are enjoying themselves
This is a team playing with freedom. They press with intent, break at pace, and carry a swagger that comes from recent results going their way — not least a statement thumping of a certain crisis-hit Manchester United earlier in this run. Leeds simply ran into a side in form.
Leeds have questions
For Leeds, this was a reality check. They never found a foothold, struggled to trouble the Bournemouth back line, and leave with nothing to show for the trip. Nobody panic yet — but the response in the next game matters.
Our take: keep an eye on Bournemouth. The “plucky underdog” label is starting to look out of date — this is a proper side.
